Fuck Irony uses text, collage, photography, and collaboration to celebrate mimesis over a period of thirty days. Works include poetry, visual art, and documentation of public performance/ happenings in Vancouver by multidisciplinary artist and co-editor of SB Publications, Karen Correia Da Silva.
Karen Correia Da Silva is a Canadian multidisciplinary artist, and the Executive Editor and Creative Director of the Steel Bananas Art Collective. She currently lives in Vancouver, BC, where she is a PhD student at the University of British Columbia, and a resident scholar at Green College, a graduate community and centre for interdisciplinary scholarship.
